I missed one on eBay.com the other day by not bidding as ferociously as I should, and a guy from NY flat refused to ship internationally from Craig's List. I hope this doesn't end up being like looking for an Orange Roadie-O, which I have now finally given up on...

You will be lucky to see two 54's for sale in 12 months. Your wait may be another 12 months now. Have a 56 but have someone considering it already.

Agreed. That I'd seen two for sale at the same time did not assure me that they were easy-come-easy-go. I'm already thinking that its going to be much easier to save up for a while and start looking for a nice Litespeed.

gm1230126 you seem to be very up on your GTs - if you see anything suitable can you give me a heads up?
