Old Ned Old School Grand Master Sep 4, 2009 #2 Proper name is 'Spinacchi' bars. Banned from use in road races by the UCI some time in the 90's I think - but great for taking the weight off your arms on a long ride with drops. I'm going to fit a pair to my 90's bike - when I get it built!
