the rust on the seat tube looks really bad so does the head tube and chainstays as the say in russia "neet good iets f***ed" :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry: :cry:

It would need a refinish, but most of that rust could be removed.

Not absolutely sure about the bit at the bottom of the seat tube though, could be ok, could be nasty.

The paint on old salsa's so thick that for rust to do that is going some. Add that to the seatpost that's stuck down the seat tube and you can bet that this ones not been too well looked after. Pity really as that's a cool paint job

Thankfully its too small for me as all the above mentioned problems would have been ignored and a snipe would have been set.

OK, who got it?

I bid, but lost, I was in two minds with the seat tube corrosion though, looked a bit iffy to me (but still would have looked good next to my ala c carte)
