Not retro I know, but a friend has snapped a spoke on his Shimano WH-R560 wheel.

He needs just the one, but the LBS refuses to buy a box of 60 ! Fair enough I suppose, but a bummer none the less.

I don't know nuffin about these road bike thingy's, but the spoke fastens at the hub rather than the rim.

Anyone help out ?

Doh. Need a spoke for the exact same set of wheels. Guess where google led me :roll:

To answer my own question. SJS cycles have the spares. Just cross reference with the shimano techdocs website and you're there....

hi are these regular spokes ? or flat blade or some funky composite ? i only have regular spokes :o
