nice pointed lugs, wrap round seat stay probably means an Olympic £60

Hi, possibly interested in the Mercian or orbit, depending on the size...? Seat tube plus top tube please! And maybe even headtube!

Thanks for the sizes etc. Would you know if the mercian was originally for 27" wheels, or 700c? And presumably it's 531DB frame and fork - I can't see the tube decals in the pics.
