SRAM Force 10-speed rear mech, ultralight at 171g! Short cage version but capable of taking up to 28t cassettes comfortably with its extended B-knuckle. In excellent functional order, cosmetically not bad though there are some scuffs and minor scratches. The jockey wheels run smooth and are good quality (I took them from a SRAM red rear mech) and while the teeth show a little wear they still have a lot of life.
