57cm Carlton Python with issues

I have this frame sitting around that i wanted to restore but now just don't have the inclination.
the bb was stripped by a previous owner being too hasty with an italian bb, so the threads are gone and the shell is stretched. to overcome this i epoxied a nice ita campag bb in place which has been left for a good few months to cure.
I did go ahead and buy a mavic zap bb to fit but never got round to it.
original forks included but not pictured, the stem is tight in there but i haven't really given it much effort to get it out.

it really needs some attention as well as a sympathetic restore to get it up to former glory. i figured here might be the best place for that so here goes.

how about £100 for frame/forks, original forks, headset, stem, installed bb and mavic bb.
