Ive Swapped to a mountain bike rear Mech and Cassette because my not ridden a bike for 6 months legs cant cope and need some smaller gears. :shock:
the mech has only done about 40 miles on the road and an hour on the turbo so its in pretty much as new condition apart from a few bits of dirt..
