early 1980s De Rosa "Linea Aerodinamica" road bike. This bike was De Rosa's aero model and is constructed from custom drawn and shaped Columbus Air ovalized tubing with very unique lug work.

The frame is in excellent condition with no dents, dings or cracks. There are a few light chips and scratches here and there, but the bike presents beautifully. In addition to its fully chromed frame and Campagnolo front and rear dropouts, the bike has a host of very unique aero frame features:

-aero down tube shifter braze on mounts
-internal down tube shift cable routing
-rear aero seat bolt retaining pin mechanism
-oversized and ovalized Columbus Air tubing
-diamante chainstays

Components:
Crankset- Campagnolo C-Record 170mm. first generation engraved shield with self extractors.
Bottom bracket- Campagnolo Record
Front dérailleur- Campagnolo C-Record double. First generation engraved shield
Rear dérailleur- Campagnolo C-Record 8 speed
Headset- Campagnolo C-Record
Wheelset- Campagnolo Shamal tubular 16 spoke with C-Record hubs (non original skewers)
Cassette- Campagnolo Record 8 speed
Chain- Sedis
Brake levers- Modolo Kronos aero levers. Anodized grey
Calipers- Campagnolo Super Record scripted with original pads and clips
Shifters- Modolo Kronos down tube aero shifters
Stem- Modolo Master SSC anodized grey. very rare
Handlebars- Modolo Equipe Anotomic anodized grey
Seatpost- 3TTT fluted, standard diameter (not aero like frame tubes)
Saddle- Selle Italia Flite Titanium (very broken in)
Tires- Continental tubulars + one extra unmounted Continental tubular (all show age but have good tread and hold air)
Original cable housing is in very good condition

The frame measures are as follows:
Seat tube center to center 54cm
Top tube center to center 54cm

excellent example of De Rosa's contribution to the aero bike craze of the early 1980's. ride ready, however I would recommend assessing the tires and potentially re gluing if they are usable.
