Certainly not NOS, but despite the scratches does look a lot better in the flesh than the pic below suggests!
Bar clamp bolt has been replaced by a more secure (in my opinion) steel bolt with allen key head either end so that it nips up nice and tight…..looks nice when on a frame and all the insertion marks are covered.
