Seagull (a bike shop or builder from Lytham St.Annes) 21" frame and forks with Reynolds 501 tubing. The frame has oval tubing and braze on shifters and front mech points. The forks are marked Tange. It has had a quality repaint a while ago and it carries a few marks. It has no rust or dings. The frame comes with a good bb, braze on front mech, headset (a bit tatty but working) but not the shifters as pictured. £40 collected or plus postage.
