1970'S frame, Simplex dropouts
Couple of issues on this frame as shown in the pictures-
Rear right side of dropout looks to have been filed for some reason? & bottom bracket & left side top of seat stay has been post code stamped.
Would still be ok for a refurbishment. Comes with headset & BB cups.
