As title 190mm threadless alloy steerer in really nice condition no nasty marks/scrapes etc..I struggled to find any marks ! Comes with nice useable campagnolo record headset just needs a clean/regrease light pitting on lower race but still smooth.. Also has the nice record bolt/top cap
Only minor issue is a couple of tiny indentations on base plate(looks like someone used the hammer screwdriver removal method
Does not affect use..
