Yes it is 27.2. The markings on the post read as follows:

Brevetti Internaz Campagnolo 27.2 Made in Italy.

The insert limit mark is approx 55mm from the end, and the aero portion begins around 100mm from the end, with an approx total length of 200mm.

It weighs approx 300grams and appears like it is made of aluminium.
