This frame is a victim of a parking maneuver "bumb."
As we can see the fork did it's job well by taking the majority of the force. Unfortunately this wasn't sufficient: If looking closely one will notice that both the top and the downtube are slightly dented. I assume at least the frame's dents could be fixed in a frame jig so that this beauty could still be ridden as a commuter or show off. Note that the tube is not folded, so denting it back is possible but of course this is an assumption by myself and I cannot guarantee this. Please also note that there is tire rub on the left rear inside chainstay, so the rear is probably off center, too.

Shame that such a sweet frame is damaged but afraid you do need to suggest a price.
