Polished 1980s 170mm Sakae chainset with new c/ring bolts and NOS polished YES 46t 1/8" c/ring. Theads and tapers are mint as this chainset had minimal use BITD. I have around £15 in the ring and bolts alone so I'll need £25 + post (around £5) for them as I'm up north. (PP gift ideally)
The chainset hasn't been used since polishing - I test fitted the driveside crank to a 118mm BB and it gave me a chainline of 43.5mm. I didn't tighten it up too much so you might be able to get closer to 42 by doing so or maybe using a 115mm spindle BB would get you there. I have the original crank caps - they are black plastic but I think they look better with modern allen bolts fitted TBH.
