Hmmm. PM report at the top of the page says I have 3 new messages, when I open the PM's I don't.

I wonder if it's my computer here at work blocking something or the new Retrobike site has a hiccup. I'll try later at home. Sorry about that.

Campag hub arrived today beautifully wrapped :)

I sold this stuff in the 70's and it was like taking a new hub out of the box back in the bike shop where I worked :D

Showed it to the guy who works opposite me who rides more modern stuff like a Basso Astra and couldn't believe it was twice as old as his eldest son!

Any more gems ?

Alas no more real gems like this one... it had lain undisturbed since around 1990 when I bought it (NOS mail order- forget the shop). Massively glad it went to a good home!

Those levers are really great but I just sorted out a different pair I'm afraid!
Have a bump though - surprised no-one else has snapped them up yet
