Nope, it doesnt fit Cinelli stems, the top of the bolt is to wide,
it fits most SR stems and possibly others as well

Nope, it doesnt fit Cinelli stems, the top of the bolt is to wide,
it fits most SR stems and some ITM stems like http://velobase.com/ViewComponent.aspx? ... &AbsPos=83 and possibly others as well

the top has a diameter of circa 12.5-13 mm
