Vintage Williams 47 tooth cottered crank - Research leads me to believe that is a C45
Threads are fine and teeth have plenty of life left in them. Unfortunately, as you can see from the picture, the chrome plate has pitted quite badly
Philips Apollo pedals and original bottom bracket should be treated as spares or repairs:
Pedals were usable but bearings need replacing in the left pedal and the cage is bent on one of them.
Bottom bracket was also usable but would need new bearings

These items were removed from my Grandfather's bike which is a Jack Hateley lightweight from the mid 1950s
The bike had been stored in his garage and had been unused for over 35 years
