53cm center/center or 54 center to top
i would grade it 97/100 condition, two chips to paint;
one on chainstay, underneath, one on top tube underneath....both approx 3mm
it has only been ridden about 400 miles
offers around £2200

I have seen absolutely mint frames like this going for £600. Mint meaning no chips, scratches or dents.
Sounds like frame has a couple of chips, components are nothing unusual, a few better pictures of the bike would help judging if £2200 is the right price.
