Nice frameset.
Nothing unusual about the Reynolds sticker though, it's late 1980s and should be on the fork leg!

This was hanging in a garage for many many years with just wheels and headset installed but never built up. Storage wear is present but it's near-perfect. It features a very interesting Ti 531 decal which I've never seen before, and Zeus dropouts front & rear.
I'd like £325 for this beauty.
