Ex-dem frame & Wheels built up with NEW parts
I believe the traitor brand is a 'road' off-shoot from transition bikes and manufactures beautiful steel frames using traditional construction methods.
The Exile is their Classic Road Frameset, Built from Japanese 4130 cromo, using Long Shen Arrowhead lugs. The fork is an ahead 1 inch jobbie

90% brand new stuff, but I have ridden about 30 miles on the bike after building it to make sure everything is tight & gears work etc.
A couple of things to note- The bike comes with a grooovy headbadge that was set a little wonky, so I popped it off - but it'll easily stick back on. There are a couple of tiny marks in the paint - the most obvious of which is shown in the last photo - a very shallow scratch about 1cm long.
