I've got a 60mm quill you can have £10 posted if you still need a cheap short stem, has a new internal bolt, will polish up ok. It actually looks like a Nitto pearl from the shape but I think its SR (has no logo stamped anywhere).

PS Cinelli and Cinelli bars are 26.4 mm, so only a Cinelli stem will fit Cinelli bars AFAIK
