No idea how to go about it to be honest but could be an option. I'll ask at my local bike shop if they can help somehow and let you know.

please do , i normally scrounge box from halfords or lbs and send using parcel monkey or paisley frieght . some lbs offer to let customers use there own account with parcel force , could make the differance

Right, got a box from my LBS and am happy to package it up and post it out. Paisley Freight see to be the cheapest at £21.50.
