FS Reynolds 653 Frameset 58cm c/w Campagnolo headset

58cm Reynolds 653 frameset. Campagnolo headset. Recently powdercoated in burnt orange, but there are a few blemishes to the finish that occurred during the process. Not so noticeable though, just not A1.
Concealed cable entry in top tube.
Nice detail to BB shell

Any idea who made the frame and is that a c to c measurement or c to top?

It was originally badged Graham Weigh, but it looks a lot like a Ribble.
Measurement is C-C from memory , but I'll double check

Could be interested too depending on measurements - c-t seat tube and c-c top tube please! How tight are the clearances?

Braze-on front mech boss aside, it looks very similar in construction to my Ribble 653, which I'm led to believe is a Mike Kowal/Autostrada product.
