The frameset has been used, but is in very, very good condition. Near mint I dare say.
The paint is lush and shiny with only a couple of tiny nicks. (on seat stays)
No rust whatsoever, not even on the insides.

Looking for 260 GBP shipped to the UK. Other destinations have to be calculated.

(In the past I've shipped several framesets. I always use sturdy boxes with proper padding.)

That is a beautiful frame!

sorry, too big for me and I don't need another one, but I wish it wasn't and I did!

It is indeed a 86/87 serial. Probably it has been refinished at Gazelle about 4 years after that. Most likely that is also when the cable routing moved from on top to left under toptube. Alternatively they built it in the early 90s with much according to 80s fashion, was sounds less plausible. That is what people did back in the day: bringing their frame in for getting it ready for many more years. Nowadays we are supposed to trow away and buy new.

Yeah, that's what I thought... factory respray somewhere in the early 90s with cable guide alteration.
It also had a complete 8-speed Campag gruppo from around '93. So I guess that's when the upgrade took place.
