Is this the same bike that Falcon were selling in the early 80's and on which Paul Carbutt was supposed to tackle the end-to-end record on?
 
I wondered when one of these would appear and then two appear simultaneously! I have a review of the Itera in the 1983 International Bicycling review. Interesting for novelty value.

That's basically what the review said along with it weighing more than several fully laden butcher's bikes!
