Built this up at the end of last year, but I'm 6'3" and the frame was always a touch too small for me... so I'm selling it and keeping the wheels, brakes, drivetrain and controls to fit to another frame. The photos don't really do the finish justice - it is very glossy:

If you want any of the other parts just ask and we can do a deal? For example, I have a nice set of black alloy Ofmega quill pedals here with NOS toeclips and NOS leather straps that I don't need. Also, I can supply various freewheels, the Sugino track crankset show in the photos, plus brakes, saddles, 27" wheels and tyres etc.

Photos show it as a single speed but of course it can be run with anything from 5-12 gears. It's been ridden for about 25 dry miles since complete restoration, and my price (£100 posted anywhere in the UK only) just covers the cost of the respray and enameling, the NOS BB axle & new bearings and my P&P costs.

The little Raleigh shown in the last photo is also for sale!

As described in the restoration thread, the paintwork is pretty fine:

"...after stripping, the headset and bottom bracket mounting surfaces were lightly faced before the frame was sandblasted at Descaling Services in Levenshulme and handed over to my friend Andy to set about the respray. The fork and bottom bracket threads were then masked off, before he applied several layers of etch primer. After a light sanding, six coats of the main colour were then sprayed on, and - after two weeks of air hardening - the gold enamel lug lining & cable guide detailing was applied. Finally, six coats of clear lacquer were applied. After two more weeks of air-hardening, the headtube badge was re-applied to the finished frame..."

Update:

Sod it, she's staying with me... saddle up and back, bars up... fitted 10 speed Huret & Sugino drivetrain and re-dished the rear wheel today  might stick my '80s 700C wheels on though as now the rear wheel is further forward there's FA tyre clearance

Sun Worksop

Hi,
Just wondering if your frame's still available/you'd changed your mind about keeping it....!?

Cheers,
James
