For sale is a 1960 or 1961 Viking Grand Tour frameset in Reynolds 531, complete with serviced bottom bracket and headset, original campag chainset, original stem, bars, seatpost and brakes.
I am happy to build it up into a complete bike if required...PM me if so.
Bike has been well cleaned, but paintwork is tired (see pictures).
Vital stats as follows:
Seat tube 56cm ctc.
Top tube 57cm ctc.
Headtube length 15cm
Dropout spacing 120mm.
Originally designed for 27" wheels, the brakes will happily accommodate 700c.
Looking for about £165. Advice appreciated if this seems unrealistic.
