I've a Mavic 840 index-comaptible rear mech (short cage) in good working order at home but would like to swap it for an 8sp ARIS New Success one in good nick as the mounting bolt is more durable on the latter; the Ergal one on the Mavic isn't up to the rigours of 'cross and I did manage to tear such a mech out of the frame last season 
As such I'm looking to part with my last remaining 840 to stop it going the same way. Can also throw in a couple of previously trashed 840s as a source of spare bits.
