I'm after a quality Raleigh 531 touring frame in 23.5" for 700c wheels with front and rear rack mounts. Either frameset only or complete bike will do, but the frame must be rust and dent free. Will collect or arrange courier if seller can package.

It's not exactly rust free and it might be a bit bigger.I will measure it later.

If the size is right it might fit the bill as the rust looks pretty superficial from the pics.

Just wanted to say that I'm also looking for a similar touring frame/bike in a smaller size - approx 54-56cm. Raleigh Randonneur would be great, but will consider anything similar.

I have a Raleigh Clubman that I may sell. But it is 57cm or 22.5"
1985 it has done 1000 miles in the last year and was NOS when a friend bought it a year ago.

12 speed Suntor, Weinmann centre pulls, Sugino GT Chainset

Just picked up a nice British Eagle, so I'm not in need any more, thanks.
