In that size the tubing is probably Columbus SP

The post and headset are Victory too

The solid red is indeed quite rare, but it is not the case the red/yellow/blue is the usual paint. There was no such thing a usual paint. For the Professional you could choose out a wide selection of paint schemes and also that r/y/b is not often seen. There is one at eBay atm btw, but in beater quality for the fixie enthousiast.

I have two Professionals in that style, but both with the flat crown fork with the 2 cyclists engraved. One of the frames you find under this link. The other I do not have pics of, but it is a project I am really looking forward to finishing: I will go full DA AX with that one. The colour is champagne and a lot detailing is in blue.

I would think your Batavus is '85.
