WTD: Big CX or touring frame and forks

Retro Newbie
Got to be steel take 700cc as fat as possible tyres and have canti bosses. I am 6 foot 3 so a large frame is needed. Not got much money so rust and scratches are no problem, can spend up to £100. What you got?
 
I've a Raleigh that would fit fit the bill poss a Royal or Randoneur.Brown and cream with all braze ons will get pics later.jm.
 
That is lovely, could you let me know the stand over height please, tyre clearance on the forks and how much you are asking for her?

The raleigh was unfortunately to big for me as I like a bit of room to stand over, Anything out there around the 58 size?
