Wtd: Training Bike

Hi,

looking for a bike to get the miles in on. Budget is appox £200. Would prefer something with STI but will consider downtube shifters too. I would need a 22 or 23" frame.

Haven't got a complete bike but I do have a 56cm alu winter frame complete with Campag Mirage short reach brake calipers if you're interested. It's about 5 years old, been using it as my winter frame, it has mudguards fitted at the moment.
