As topic:
New style Sora R3000 9 speed brake/shift levers. Almost identical in appearance / function to next two levels up in Shimano range. Dedicated R3000 front mech included in sale.
Excellent condition, with one very small mark on very small area of plastic on (L). Used approx. 500 miles, mostly dry (this summer!)
Bombproof; functions with all retro Shimano rear mechs: I was running on 6600 flawlessly.

£52 for shifters+FM, posted UK

Pics on request (but such good nick might as well just put up a shop picture of new 8)! )

For reference they are these:
https://www.bike-discount.de/en/buy/shi ... gINBfD_BwE
As in first bit of blurb I put up they are compatible with all 9-sp Shimano rear mech setups: I ran with 6700 perfectly. Front is specific, but I'm chucking in an also virtually new one with this package.
Under bar tape cabling. Very smart new-but-retro-functionality levers (i.e. 9sp!)

Thanks for looking!

Tempted. What is the FD, band-on diameter or modern braze-on?

Thanks Woz:
FM is braze on but I've got a band-on adapter for a frame with 27.2 int. dia. s/t (631) which I'd chuck in.
The minus is that you're in a queue of 2, and you're 2nd... Will keep you posted if you like.
