BB, cranks are fitted. Going to use my Tioga saddle for now until I get a new one for my Karakoram.
The dmr tenioner wheel seems to be too narrow for the chain (7 speed) :( I'm sure it'll wear down eventually though.
Just needs pedals (being delivered soon). Cranks Bros 50/50XX in black and red :D

id swap the concave spacers on the v pads around and bring the arms in a bit

paint the forks red or black too ( personally id stick with the p2s )
