Cheep & cheerful build, sort of period correct:

Bars/ Stem - Kalloy

Headset - Tioga

Frame - 7005 LTS with Fox Vanilla shock

Fork - Rockshox Psssssylo

Brakes - Avid SD 2.0 levers & Vs

Wheels - Joytech sealed hubs with Rigida eyeletted rims, stainless spokes, XT 8spd cassettes, Ringle skewers.

Tyres - Continental Survivor , Kenda Hammer

Rear Mech - STX

Front Mech - STX-RC

Shifters - STX-RC 8spd

BB/ Chainset: Race Face Prodigy XC with ISIS BB.

Saddle - Selle

Seatpost - Kalloy

A few red bits set it off nicely, SRP chainring bolts and the skewers I found.

Weird - when it was built up at my mates house with his stuff, it creaked like a git, a rebuild and a couple of quick rides and its buttery shmoove.

Chainset & BB is wrong for the chain alignment so will fit period STX or Sugino or something when I get an ISIS BB tool.

I think it needs a set of these to make it super bling :P

If I can get me an ISIS BB tool, I can fit some anodised red Topline cranks which will set this off nicely

I like that, a lot :D

I wouldn't go for triples though, Z1's would be nice BUT the psylo's look good on it :D

pretty much, that Race Face chainset / BB is a little wide for the chain line.

Fine as long as I dont pedal backwards.
