Accurate ones do not come cheap. Google search for best torque wrench and you'll find info and data on the accuracy of the applied torque. Torqueleader are fabulous but expensive new, ex airframe ones with little use come up for sale on ebay. I just got such a pair (0-5 and 0-30Nm) for £86.;
