Hi,

After 10 years, dreaming of a Lobo, winter 2008 I decided to buy that ugly one to offer it a new life...

...So, job for a fresh paint started...

... Then rebuilt with NOS hardwares + NOS Boxxer 151 + NOS King headset + NOS Thomson seatpost + NOS SDG belair.

First test

....
And, it lays like this for a while....

I rebuilt the rear hub, it was all rusty and bearings out of service.
Found a new rear Caliper to replace the old one, completely dead.

Something missing somewhere.... (if someone can tell me...)

Here it is until today :

I have time to finish it, so job should continue soon... Already 6 years I own it !

You are missing a flat spacer that covers off the bearings - most of the adaptor disk systems had them - that will push the wheel towards the drive side and space the caliper correctly...

Re:

Great bike always wanted a Lobo one day it will happen but i have to break some news to you there are not NOS 151's as the decals on these forks are fake after market ones. Im a stickler for things like that.

Original/New decals look like this

My Boxxer is 100% new, steerer isn't even cutted.
But I noticed the stickers before.

It's a pre-production model, used for photo shooting for bike makers.
This may explain difference in stickers.
Stickers have super quality, and don't look like fake at all.

;) You're maybe right, I don't know what happened to that fork all these years... But I can guess...
