Devout Dirtbag
Hello!

Just finished my Yeti 575 so thought I'd put a couple of pics up. I set a tight budget on the bike so there have been a few colour compromises along the way but if I can I'll make a few changes in time.

Full spec:

2007/8 Yeti 575 frame
Fox Van R QR15 with custom yeti decals
Fox RP23 Push tuned rear shock
Chris king headset
Thomson OS 70mm stem
Truvativ carbon bars
Odi/Yeti team colours lock on grips
M770 rear shifter
Hope 2007 mono m4 brakes with floating rotors
XTR M970 cranks with 32t hope chainring
SRAM chain (can't remember which one)
SRAM x9 cassette
XTR M970 rear mech
Thomson elite seat post
WTB Yeti ti railed saddle
Hope Pro2 hubs
Mavic (can't remember which rims) freshly rebuilt
Nobby Nic/Racing Ralph tyres
Gore gear cables

I think that's it. Photos to come...

It's cost well under 1k to build in fairness. I know that's not pennies but i think it's pretty good value. :)

your are wrong, it is 100,000 pennies. lloks like a fine bike -been looking at one myself but the 575 frame size is out of kilter with other makes; the M frame ibineg sligytly too small but L is slightly too large (going by the horizontal top tube length)

This is medium and I don't find it cramped (I'm 5'9") but I like a relaxed position.

I've had an S-Works epic and stumpjumper before and they were both very race orientated and I much prefer the position now.

Fun bikes. I had mine for over 5yrs. They do flex laterally, but on e you've got used to that, it isn't a problem. Certainly the longest I've owned a full suss and I replaced it with an ASR5-C
