My first proper foray into 'modern' bikes, though I say modern with a bit of tongue in cheek as it probably has far more in common with the post 97' era than the modern, I bought the frame from Veedubba collected a few 'cheap' parts and stole the rest off of my Santa Cruz :D

Fork: Salsa Cromoto 425mm A-C

Headset: Hope Silver (Enduro ?)
Stem: Hope XC 90mm x 10deg Black with Golt Ti bolts
Handlebar: X-lite pro Ti Gunmetal caps
Grips: DMR Lock-on Black/White

I took it for it's first ride today it felt good.................................. But not as zingy as I hoped it would be, compared to my Dyna-Tech Diablo :roll:
 
Looks really nice. Personally i would put some Rebas on but otherwise this is pretty spot on. What size is it out of interest?
