what sort of BB is that?

I was about to mention SIDS but seen you already have these lol
How much weight did you lose in changing the parts, it's a massive difference in riding once the bling is added.

yeah am happy with the sids, plus the wheels i`ve saved alot of weight.
the cassette is bit on the porky side so maybe that will be changed.
i have some x0 gripshift and rear mech to go on soon as i`ve always been a fan of the twisters.

Here is what my bike looks now, looking forward to a good riding year ahead.
All the drive train, brakes and wheels have been upgraded.
