2012 Custom full fillet brazed 853 Dave Yates

I wanted the frame to be as clean looking as possible & the theme for the build was as much UK made or at least stuff from UK companies

PS Yes I do know the brake hoses are a tad long, that's on the list of fettling!

PPS Yes I know I could have gone with Pace forks, but I didn't :p

Completely unique (yeah it's a custom frame...) as Dave has never used his signature on the downtube on any other bike (he quite likes it too!)
Curved seatstay bridge
No chainstay bridge
73mm BB shell
Front facing slot in seat tube
Cable mounts for dropper post

Finally! Love love love it, really liking the steep sloping top tube. That's right up my street, a thing of beauty.
Looking forward to some close ups of the fillets.
Nice work on the build

Beautiful ~ particularly liking the drop-outs and rear disc mounting. What are the extra hose guides for on the left side of the top tube? Time to hit the trails and give it a good thrashing!
:D

I'm assuming its a spare cable run for a dropper seat post remote?

Love it. A modern classic

Cheers guys, just been on a quick road ride as a shake down, & need a couple of tweaks to the riding position as well as tighten the grips up a tad!

It feels really comfy & nimble, should be a hoot on singletrack trails :D

Yeah the 2nd set of guides are for a dropper post when I run one, thought it best to get the mounts fitted as I do like the dropper post on my Cube.

They're very useful bits of kit for descending as you can move about on the bike much more freely
