With the e3 build nearing its completion.

I now have the all the bikes I really need, the road bike, the big travel fork, the rigid and the e3 for hacking about on... I really dont need anymore.

So when this was on offer

I suddenly had a horrible rethink about the frame I was about sell on.

.

The real shame is that the p7 is in way better condition than I could have imagined. I think its a powder coated one which might explain a lot. Due to it being matt white and not pearl white and having over lacquer stickers. I believe they come painted from the far east then get powder coated in halifax if a different colour is asked for. I have been told they only do powder coat and pointed me to bob jckson when I initially was going to have the clockwork frame resprayed.

Its not going to be clockwork ideal kit but a good starter. even the 2010 p7s kit level aint that bad and the forks are 85-130 so will sit down for the frame.

The problem will be which one to keep! Still going to be fun finding out.

I have to admit how easy is it to swap a whole front end in on go!.

No hidden suprises so far. Play stopped due to lack of 31.8 FD shim and new gear wires.

I always thought i would modern retro this with lots of Silver... but i kind of like the Black.
