Had this a while now till I decided if I was going to keep it or not. A good few runs later and it looks like it has a berth for now anyroads :) I ran it as I got it and then fitted some DMR moto's just for a bit of trail centre fun. Now the plan is to lighten it up for a marathon/endurance/long ride machine. I've swapped the wheelset for a pair I had on my Salsa and shed about 2.2kg. More weenieing to follow but mostly using parts I have. Currently a nadgers over 26lbs, sub 25 without too much wallet busting should be possible. Bars, saddle and post are all up next for replacement. Looking for usable and light rather than uber light.

Cheers folks :) I swapped the wheels out for some very light Bontrager ones shod with Conti Speed King Supersonics. Really added a bit of pep to the ride. I'm also about to swapped over the Hayes brakes and XT shifters for a pair of XT brifters, pug ugly but hopefully work well.
