Yes indeed, mitring, welding and painting all done by the talented Mr. Winter.
Frame was a 30th present from my wonderful wife, although I had to wait until I was about 30.5 before I could ride it.
The penguin used to be his headbadge, but was a special request for this frame as now he tends to use a stylised W logo.

Wotcher Jackie, how's tricks? Not nearly as much riding as I should, other than commuting.
That said, the commute to the shed can take anything up to about three hours and be potentially ninety-five percent off road.
And lunch break can be Blanchland moor on occasion, if there's paint drying.
Hoping to do some painting tomorrow as it happens.....
