Very good guy's. Nearly there :D although I freely admit there are a couple more differences you'd be hard pressed to see.

Actually the bottom picture is the before image. I've gone more retro with the v brakes.
The previous brakes were avid elixir's

changes are;
wheels
QR's
cassette
chain
brakes
fork
headset
spacers
cables
tyres
schrader to presta valve type inner tubes
and about 1kg less weight
