weighs in at 31lbs ish which is very nice as it has some heavy ass dj3's and steel belted tyres. these will be changed as funds become available. will also change the hayes callipers for avid bb7's when i can get a rear one cheap enough (have a front but trying to keep a coherent build unlike my usual ones lol)

some nice details

ti plate to aid pedalling.......apparently

Great looking frame, build quality looks excellent. Ti plate is a nice touch. Think I'd have gone with som lighter forks, maybe Rebas or Fox Floats.

some lighter forks are definitely the next move. the dj3's come in at around 6.5lbs but they are the only ones i have with short enough travel.

cheers guys. apparently its the only one in the uk.

100mm travel both ends

seat clamp is crazy! its just a band of carbon fibre and weighs just 10 grams!!

Oh thats where that frame went.
I thought it was meant for more travel!

6.5Lb?! My 04 ones weigh just a bit more than that, what year are these?

Maybe get some lime marz? (white forks look good though.)
Liking it, glad your doing it all proper and that.
Headtube badge is nice.

they are 07/08 oem ones so king heavy. just gold hold of some suntour raidons which are way lighter but need some mods to make em work with the scheme.

now with new forks and handle bars.

weight is 28.7lbs now.

took it for a quick spin through my local woods and what a beast! so agile and just enough travel to take the sting out of the trail
