:oops: Work has got in the way big time at the moment, the only update being that I've removed the bearings! :lol:

Quick update...

To speed things along a little I decided to spray the frame myself – with oven cleaner! :P :lol:

Always liked the Intense Raw finish (and patina in general) and fell in love with the mad machining and welds of the bare frame so I thought to make a feature out of them.
Googled aging and aluminium and found that oven cleaner was used by hot rodders amongst others to achieve the "barn-find" look. Think the frame needs another treatment, but so far I'm really pleased with the result, looks just like the Intense Raw.
