That would be a 1991 frame and fork. Looks nice with the new components.

That's a 1991 model. Alternative paintjob - they were mainly black splattery type paintwork on the 91 Axis (NOT Team, that was a sort of lime green splatter type paintjob), but I've seen a couple, now, in the colour of yours.
